Last Week the LOTE project undertook its first UK survey in collaboration with the University of Bangor. Utilising the RV Prince Madog, the project surveyed the submerged landscapes of Cardigan Bay. A mini boomer and the University of Bradford’s new Innomar sub bottom profilers were deployed and fantastic data was acquired despite the inclement weather. Processing of the data is now underway back at base and we look forward to sharing the results with you in the future.
